   I paid for the course, but I can't attend.

   After paying for the course, you must have the SU Online Korean Language Institute administrator's confirmation before you can take the course.

   Check 'My Courses' 1-2 days after paying for the course.

   How are the lectures structured?

   The lecture is structured as follows:

   - Introductory

   - Beginner: Level1(1A, 1B, 1C), Level2(2A, 2B,2C)

   - Intermediate: Level3(3A, 3B, 3C), Level4(4A, 4B, 4C)

   What is your refund policy?

   1) Course fees will be fully refunded if a member applies for a refund up to 24 hours before the course starts (Korean time)

   2) If a member is less than seven days into the course or has attended less than two lessons, they will receive an 80% refund

   3) If a member is more than seven days into the course or has attended three or more lessons, they will be no refunds

   * All costs, including fees incurred by financial institutions (banks, card companies, etc.) during the transaction, will be deducted from the refund.

   When can I receive my certificate?

   After completing each step of the course, you will receive a certificate of completion.

   
   

   - Level 1 Certificate: You must complete all course of Introduction+Level1(1A, 1B, 1C).

   - Level 2 Certificate: You must complete all course of Level2(2A, 2B, 2C).

   - Level 3 Certificate: You must complete all course of Level3(3A, 3B, 3C).

   - Level 4 Certificate: You must complete all course of Level4(4A, 4B, 4C).

   
   

   You must complete 100% of the courses to receive the certificate.

   You can check the issued certificate in 'My Certificate' and download it directly.

   How can I change the English name on my certificate?

   Currently, the English name cannot be edited on the informaion modification page.

   If you wish to change your English name, please submit a 1:1contact and the change will be processed after the administrator confirms it.
